If you forgot the password, try resetting the router and logging in using the default password printed on the back side of the router. How to reset: When the PWR LED indicator lights solid green, hold down the Reset button for about 6 seconds and release it. All LED indicators light off and blink once. When the PWR LED indicator lights solid green again, the modem router is reset successfully.
